New steps for exist installation:
Before installing MIRC:
-I put exist.war into webapps
-I started tomcat (forcing it to extract the exist.war)
-I stopped tomcat again
Windows XP, Sun Java 6, Tomcat 6
I had to copy msvcr71.dll from \java\jre1.6.0_06\bin to .....\bin\client before Tomcat accepted to restart, once I had installed MIRC.
