Using the Tomcat Properties application

Note: This document assumes a Windows installation.

First, look in the lower right corner of your screen. You should see something like this:

Double click the icon.

If the icon does not appear, you can launch it from the Tomcat entry in your start menu.

You can start and stop Tomcat through the buttons near the bottom of the window. This application also allows you to configure some of the Tomcat server options.
